Warehouse Associate

General Job Description

Location: Webster, TX

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Webster, TX shop. This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently (frequent mounting and dismounting required)
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (trash removal, sweeping, organizing materials)
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE

Experience:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Self‑motivated, punctual, and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs
• Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking
• Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or equipment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
• Exposure to dust, noise, and standard warehouse conditions
• Fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
