Job Description & How to Apply Below
Transport patients by ambulation, wheelchair, or stretcher as directed and dependent upon condition of patient;
Maintain IV tubing and /or Foley catheter, in a safe position during transport;
Inventory all transportation equipment at the end of each shift;
Instruct and assist patients concerning proper gown or apparel for radiographic procedures they are to receive;
Manage moving of patient support devices such as IVAC pumps, oxygen, etc. and maintains integrity of the above as well as all lines, leads, etc.
