Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Oncology

American Traveler seeks an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology unit night shift position requiring BLS and chemotherapy certification.

Job Details

• Work in the Oncology Unit of a hospital setting on the 6 West floor,

• Care for oncology patients on a Med/Surg unit,

• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM,

• 13-week travel contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience required,

• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required,

• Chemotherapy certification (ONC) required for all RNs working in oncology,

• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

• Candidate must live more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted),

• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,

• Professional reference requirements vary by state, with most states requiring one reference,
