Position Title
Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Provider) in Webster, TX.
OverviewNSI Healthcare, a private Physical Medicine & Rehab practice, treats adult patients in a rehab facility. The role includes clinical nursing assessment, medication management, discharge planning, and collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health professionals.
- Document patient care and progress in the electronic health record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Nurse Practitioner credential.
- Texas NP license in good standing.
- Previous rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Recent graduates welcomed.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends).
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary $120,000 – $135,000 per year plus benefits.
