Job Summary IES Residential is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help keep projects and administrative tasks running efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office tasks and administrative support Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Answer and manage incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages Provide customer service to clients and visitors Process incoming and outgoing mail Perform data entry and maintain organized records Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 Specific Qualifications Qualifications 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable transportation Bilingual a plus but not required Electrical contracting or construction knowledge a plus but not required Ability to read, write, and speak English
