Job Description- Extensive domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance, enabling accurate analysis of customer business needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Guidewire Centers and their integration mechanisms.
- Proficient in Guidewire Product Architecture and Integrations across Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, collaborating with Configuration, Integration, Middleware, and Legacy teams to resolve issues.
- Hands‑on experience with integration technologies, including Integration View, REST API, and Edge API publishing/consumption.
- Expertise in integrating legacy applications with Guidewire solutions.
- Demonstrated business judgment, leadership, and integrity, with a decisive and responsible approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to operate within a global delivery model, serving as a liaison between clients and development teams across geographies.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and adept at managing multiple stakeholder environments in fast‑paced settings.
- 10–12 years of experience in delivering a wide range of technology solutions across the insurance industry.
- At least 5–7 years of experience leading large Guidewire implementations.
- In‑depth expertise in Guidewire integration mechanisms and patterns, cloud capabilities, etc.
- Guidewire Cloud Policy Center Certifications
- Agile Certifications (Scrum / SAFe)
- Experience in implementing cloud solutions
- Insure Tech enthusiast
- Guidewire Policy Center Integration, Edge and REST APIs
- Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Rally, Client ALM
- GOSU, Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, OOTB Plug‑ins, performance monitoring, and tuning.
