In this role, you'll mentor caregivers, coordinate care plans, and ensure patients receive safe, timely, and high-quality care. From pre‑op education to discharge planning and follow‑up, you'll be the connector that makes the patient journey seamless.

Position Details:

Nurse Navigator - Mercy South:
Heart & Vascular EP (Electrophysiology)

Location: Mercy, 10012 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128
Schedule: Full‑Time | 40 hours/week | Day Shift

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of Missouri.
  • Required

    Education:

    Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Required

    Certifications:

    Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Preferred

    Certifications:

    ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
