Role DescriptionThis full‑time on‑site role, based in Weatherford, TX, involves field repairs, installations, and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing frameworks, or electrical systems on customer premises. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring quality service while maintaining communication with team members and clients. A commitment to safety protocols, customer care, and accurate documentation is essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance
- Experience with technical equipment and tools relevant to installations and repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the field
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying work environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Certification or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is preferred
- Relevant professional licenses are a plus
