- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
- Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team.
- Build regulars and loyal business by creating a fun bar atmosphere.
- Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down.
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
- Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keeps updated check in front of guests at all times.
- Learn something new everyday.
Skills:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Fun and friendly
- Courteous and professional with guests and coworkers
- Coachable with ability to apply feedback
- Strong communicator and active listener
- Experience creating loyal guests through building relationships
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
