Provide compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with daily personal care tasks and working closely with the care team to deliver high‑quality service.

• Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and ensuring grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information accurately, including vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning residents, turning and repositioning routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement by leading range of motion exercises and providing reality orientation as directed.

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self‑discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
