Porter – Customer Service Attendant
This position helps maintain a clean and safe environment at Travel Centers of America. The Porter is responsible for cleaning all areas of the facility to ensure a pleasant experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
- Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
- Know and follow all safety and security guidelines, reporting potential unsafe situations.
- Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
- Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each assignment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of the team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Pay Range$12.00 - $14.00 per hour

The team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. Work EnvironmentThe employee may be exposed to outdoor elements at all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Noise level can be loud employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
