Sports Rehab And Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated Therapy Manager to join our team in Weatherford. We offer a competitive salary range of $58,750 - $64,900 annually, along with a supportive work culture that values growth and development.

• Oversee the daily operations of therapy services
• Manage and support therapy staff to ensure effective patient care
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Conduct staff training and development sessions
• Foster a welcoming and positive environment for patients
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care

• Associate s degree in a related field;
  Bachelor s degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of therapy practices and patient care
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
