Student Tutor – Physical Therapy Assistant Program

This position is a security sensitive position and requires a satisfactory criminal history background check. Physical Therapy Assistant tutors are required to be enrolled in the program, attend classes regularly, coordinate study sessions with instructors, establish/meet several study sessions per week and track student usage.

• Current Weatherford College student with a minimum of six (6) semester credit hours.
• Non‑degreed/Associate degree/Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree; placement test may be required.

• Associate or Bachelor Degree.

• Tutoring experience is preferred.

• PTA tutors attend subject class.
• Coordinate study lessons with instructor.
• Establish a schedule for several study sessions per week.
• Track student usage.
