, is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead projects across the U.S.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will take ownership of complex, high-profile builds from airport runway lighting upgrades to communication towers and support facilities—working with a contractor that values safety, quality and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations on-site for government and FAA-related projects (control towers, airport upgrades, support facilities, or comparable federal buildings).
  • Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics from groundbreaking through closeout.
  • Ensure strict safety compliance and federal quality standards across all project phases.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and federal representatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent on government or commercial projects valued $5M+
  • Electrical experience strongly preferred (lighting systems, towers, or comparable scopes).
  • FAA project experience preferred but not required- comparable government/federal experience is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and blueprint reading.
  • OSHA 30-hour required; additional certifications a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required).
