Weatherford Regional Hospital, a not-for-profit, Critical Access Hospital in Weatherford, Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time OBGYN or Family Practice Physician with OB to join its dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to be employed by the hospital or start your own private practice with an income guarantee.

• Scope of Practice:
  Outpatient clinic and inpatient care, including labor and delivery, C-sections, post-op, and postpartum care.

• Join an Established Team:
  Collaborate with 4 experienced physicians and 2 APPs (oversight not required, but additional compensation is available if chosen).

• Patient Volume:
  Approximately 250 babies delivered annually.

• Hospital Details: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with 60 patients seen per week.

• Call Schedule:
  Shared 1:4 call rotation for excellent work-life balance.

• State-of-the-Art EMR: EPIC system for seamless documentation and care coordination.
