Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) rting hourly rate is $16.50 per hour. This role focuses on guest experience, enabling quick and easy shopping, and supporting both in-store and digital services.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs; resolve guest concerns
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Demonstrate how to use Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering) and assist with enrollment
• Assist with returns following policy; collaborate with leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and related duties while ensuring compliance with laws
• Perform other duties based on business needs
