Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence‑based therapy across ortho, neuro, post‑surgical, and sports cases.
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure great patient care and outcomes.
- Mentor clinicians and support a collaborative, high‑quality culture.
- Manage schedules, workflow, and productivity using AI tools.
- Lead community outreach to grow the clinic’s presence and volume.
- Document in Raintree EMR.
- Maintain a caseload of ~50 visits per week while supporting operations.
- CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy degree.
- Active or eligible state PT license.
- Outpatient experience with strong clinical reasoning.
- Leadership skills in communication, mentorship, and team building.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care and operational excellence.
