Physical Therapist

7 Senses is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating neurological and developmental motor disorders, natural creativity, a go-getter attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and an understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practice. Experience working with mobility vendors is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems and adhere to submission deadlines.

Schedule: 9:00am-7:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday

Necessary Qualifications

• Completion of Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution. Candidates with Bachelor's Degrees will be considered with pediatric experience.
• Active license (in good standing) to practice as a PT in the state of Virginia.
• Strong communication and client advocacy skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Proof of current CPR and Basic Life Support certification (or willing to obtain).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred due to our young and medically-complex populations.

Pay:
Up to $90,000/year based on experience
