• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budgetary constraints.
• Define project scope and monitor changes to ensure the project stays within its original parameters; document and communicate scope changes as necessary.
• Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation plans; proactively address issues and challenges as they arise.
• Create project schedules and timelines, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and address their concerns.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project closure reports.
• Address project issues and conflicts, find solutions, and escalation to senior management when necessary.
• Ensure all project objectives are met, obtain sign‑off from stakeholders, and conduct post‑project evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (project management, business, or technical discipline).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
