The Corporate Culture and the Owner’s Statement are two sides of the same coin and therefore, they must be blended together, at all times. Every FRG employee must know that the Owner’s Statement and the Corporate Culture are equally integral and crucial to the management team’s success. At the beginning of each year and sometimes during the year the corporate office will address all employees with a statement outlining the strategic goals and mission of our properties, setting the direction for the months ahead.
This communication serves to align all FRG employees with the Owner’s vision and foster a unified commitment to the success of the properties. FRG employees are expected to reflect the Corporate Culture and the Owner's Statement in their everyday actions while contributing to the overall success and well-being of the Company.
