Temporary, full‑time position from March 2, 2026 to December 19, 2026. 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday with some Saturdays required. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to worksites in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

• Mow lawns, pull weeds, edge, and mulch beds.
• Plant removal and installation.
• Install dry‑laid stone and spread/apply fertilizer.
• Perform spring and fall clean‑ups.
• Operate company vehicles as required.

• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb.
• Drivers license or prior experience can qualify for higher pay.

Hourly rate: $19.86 – $22.00 (Weekday), $29.79 – $33.00 overtime. Weekly pay. Housing arrangements are available with a payroll deduction of $90–$120 per week per worker, subject to sharing.

Workers receive daily subsistence allowance of $16.28 per day up to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Upon completing 50 % of the contract, the employer will reimburse initial travel and subsistence costs.

H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first week for visa‑related fees.
