This full-time, on-site position is located in Suburban Philadelphia. As a Sports Card Enthusiast - Retail Key Holder, you will assist in daily store operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, providing expert product knowledge, assisting customers with purchases, and creating a welcoming and organized retail environment. Additionally, you will support sales promotions and contribute to the store’s community-focused culture.

We are also looking for part time associates.

• Strong Product Knowledge of sports cards, memorabilia, and related items
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to assist customers and work collaboratively with the team
• Experience in Retail Sales and providing a positive Customer Experience
• Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and building trust with customers
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage store operations
• Passion for sports is a requirement.
• Prior experience in the retail or collectibles industry is beneficial
• All new hires start as Independent Contractors
