• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales and conversion.

• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Act as Floor Leader, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.

• Flexible with schedule based on the store’s needs.
• At least 1 year of experience selling retail products or services.
• Excited to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication skills, organization and adaptability to changing business priorities.
• Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others.
