We are seeking an experienced and dedicated merchandise manager to manage product flow and enhance the in‑store experience in Wayne, PA.

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock; ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted per corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manage the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing urgent issues.
• Help oversee daily activities of all store associates, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses; actively seek ways to boost sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Execute the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines, ensuring proper display of promotional materials and regular updates. Ensure execution of the Company Inventory Integrity process.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 feet.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face‑to‑face, and with managers and coworkers. Accurate information exchange required.
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers and retrieving/putting away merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs (day, evening, weekend, overnight shifts, and travel as required).
• Must be able to identify and interpret email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
