OVERVIEWThe Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site in a thorough, safe, and accurate manner by performing general maintenance tasks including service requests, turnover functions, and preventive maintenance. Your role is to assist in maintaining a high‑quality living environment for the residents. Required to be on the “on call” rotation and available for resident calls after‑hours.
