SAP PTP Business Analyst

Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP PTP Business Analyst

Location:
Wayne, PA(Hybrid 3 days a week)
This job will have the following responsibilities:

SAP S/4

HANA & Application Support

• Analyze business needs through process mapping, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Partner with IT consultants and developers to recommend technical solutions and resolve system issues.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and system designs.
• Document end-to-end application processes and prepare project status updates.

Solution Design

• Support the design, configuration, and validation of processes in SAP S/4
  
  HANA and related tools (e.g., Coupa).
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, follow best practices, and align with global standards.

Solution Testing

• Execute and support testing cycles to validate solution readiness.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure smooth testing and issue resolution.

Data Migration

• Contribute to data preparation activities, including creation of load files.
• Validate pre-load and post-load data accuracy in partnership with business users.

Training & Enablement

• Deliver process- and transaction-focused training sessions for SAP S/4
  
  HANA and related applications.
• Create user documentation, process flows, and knowledge-building materials.

Go-Live & Hypercare

• Serve as first-line functional support during go-live.
• Troubleshoot issues, answer solution-related queries, and help end-users adopt new processes effectively.

Business Requirements Translation

• Develop functional documentation, user stories, and business process flows.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and drive targeted outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Foreign Trade, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting with strong Procure-to-Pay process knowledge.
• Experience working within structured project governance frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP ECC R/3 and SAP S/4
  
  HANA (required).
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP Enable Now, SAP Signavio, qTest, and similar tools.
• Excellent command of English.
• A proactive, value-driven mindset with strong delivery focus.
