We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now IRM/TPRM Developer with strong experience in Third Party Risk Management and the IRM/GRC suite. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing TPRM workflows, integrations, scoring models, assessments, and reporting dashboards within Service Now.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite each week in Wayne, PA or Plano, TX.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

4+ years of overall Service Now development experience.

1-2 years (or 1-2 full-cycle implementations) of hands-on experience in Service Now IRM/GRC with specialization in TPRM, including:

• Vendor onboarding workflows
• Third-party assessments
• Risk lifecycle processes
• Taxonomies & risk scoring logic

Experience integrating Service Now IRM with external systems or internal Service Now modules.

Strong knowledge of the risk lifecycle:

• Risk identification
• Scoring models (inherent/residual)
• Controls, indicators, assessments
• Compliance frameworks

Understanding of Service Now integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

Experience with GRC Work spaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and UI Builder.

Exposure to Integration Hub, spokes, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Knowledge of upgrade-safe, modular, scalable development practices.

Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

BFSI sector experience preferred (not mandatory).

Roles & Responsibilities

Configure and implement the Service Now TPRM module to manage the complete vendor risk lifecycle (onboarding ? assessments ? monitoring).

Build workflows, questionnaires, and risk scoring models for tiering and compliance assessments.

Develop dashboards and reports to track vendor risk posture and remediation activities.

Integrate TPRM with internal/external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub.

Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Partner with IRM/GRC teams to ensure alignment with enterprise risk & compliance frameworks.

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancements for TPRM.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards for vendor risk management and reporting.
