About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Reporting Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing, designing, and delivering custom reports primarily for financial teams, but may also extend to other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building reports from scratch within Oracle Fusion and possess a strong understanding of financial processes and data structures.

• Design and develop custom financial reports in Oracle Fusion from the ground up to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics within Oracle Fusion.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports and dashboards.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide analytical insights to aid decision-making.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize report performance, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Maintain and document reporting standards, data models, and reporting templates.
• Provide user training and support on Oracle Fusion reporting tools and dashboards.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion reporting enhancements and new features, ensuring best practices are applied.

• Proven experience in developing and building reports from scratch in Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically in financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion schema, data models, and reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, Smart View, etc.).
• Experience working with financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and understanding their data flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Familiarity with SQL, data extraction methods, and data transformation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• [Preferred] Certifications in Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Cloud Reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP reporting, with at least 3 year focused on financial reporting.
