, is seeking an Active Data Analyst 3 to join their team. As an Active Data Analyst 3, you will be part of the Data Quality & Engagement organization
, supporting client-facing data quality and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

• Partner closely with the Engagement Lead to support all aspects of customer data quality for assigned client business areas
• Support data quality projects using available tools to adjudicate data issues and ensure defined SLAs are met
• Introduce KPIs, metrics, and data health checks to enable ongoing data quality management
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve data ingestion (ETL), business rules, and match rules impacting data quality
• Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues using complex SQL queries

• Strong experience in data quality management and analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
• Experience with Reltio and Databricks
• Knowledge of ETL processes, business rules, and match rules
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and resolutions to client stakeholders
