• Track and analyze metrics across marketing channels using tools like Google Analytics, Snowflake, Excel and others.
• Create trend reporting and detailed dashboards to review findings with stakeholders.
• Provide data driven recommendations to improve channel efficiency and optimize campaign performance.
• Design and interpret results of testing initiatives aimed to enhance performance including conducting A/B testing.
• Manage and update Digital Marketing funnel KPIs to Marketing leadership.
• Assess financial performance metrics and revenue KPIs like earnings per click to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Assist in forecasting and budget allocations based on multi‑channel performance and attribution.
• Work closely with call center operations to analyze data and inform optimal dialing, contact strategy, and lead routing priority.
• Analyze customer lifecycle behavior, including churn and payment patterns, to understand lifetime values per marketing channel, sources, and client demographics to prioritize media spending.
• Support Media Mix Attribution testing to improve ROI on marketing efforts.
• Automate key business processes, reports, and QA processes to improve operational efficiencies.

• 3-5 years experience in business analytics, digital marketing analytics, data‑driven business operations or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL to allow for basic querying and joining of data sets.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources to clean, merge, and analyze results in Excel.
• Comprehensive experience in analysis of trends in core KPIs, ability to identify outliers, problem solve and determine driving factors of marketing channel / product line performance shifts.
• Proactive in finding areas of opportunity for growth or optimization across marketing channels to increase performance.
• Effective communication skills to work cross functionally in understanding the needs of team leaders and being able to support day‑to‑day operations with data.
• Experience designing and conducting A/B tests.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Google Ads and Analytics platform and data structure.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in a digital marketing analyst role supporting channels like SEM, SEO, and Paid Social.
• Experience analyzing Marketing attribution data (i.e. attribution model tests or Media Mix Model performance).
• Experience with call center platform analytics.
• Understanding of SEO, paid media, digital marketing, and customer acquisition metrics.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Experience with customer journey analytics and personalization tools.
• Experience partnering with or working for financial services affiliates or aggregators.
