The Judge Group is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals across a variety of roles and settings, including hospitals, health systems, and clinical organizations. Responsibilities:
- Source and screen top healthcare talent by leveraging recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media channels
- Engage with platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards to identify qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to build a reliable and consistent talent pipeline
- Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person to evaluate qualifications and alignment with client needs
- Complete comprehensive reference checks and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
- Attend client meetings to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and foster strong client partnerships
- Collaborate with the internal compliance team to streamline onboarding processes and stay focused on candidate engagement
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as RNs, Allied Health Professionals, Physicians, or Healthcare Admin/Support
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, compliance, and onboarding processes is a plus
