• Represent Genesis in the community by attending events, building partnerships, and attracting talent to create candidate pipelines.
• Utilize networking skills and local knowledge to identify and engage potential candidates through direct outreach and community engagement.
• Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition marketing team to develop compelling recruitment materials and promote the employer brand.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates, guiding them through the hiring process with transparency and support.
• Track recruitment activities, analyze effectiveness, and provide insights to optimize community recruitment strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates in various settings, including in‑person and online.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with local labor markets and community resources.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
