Human Resources Operations Administrator
Affiliated Distributors (AD) is seeking a Human Resources Operations Administrator to support key programs and functions such as associate benefits & wellness, performance management, associate recognition & engagement, and recordkeeping & compliance. The role administers programs that align with AD’s culture and helps ensure a positive associate experience.
Primary Responsibilities- Benefits & Wellness – Plan and execute a benefits spotlight series, distribute benefits summaries to new associates, develop an annual wellness calendar including fairs and screenings, manage eligibility and vendor relationships, conduct status checks, and manage reward disbursement.
- Performance Management – Maintain and optimize the relationship with Chart Hop, build custom forms and fields, set up and monitor talent reviews, IDPs, MBOs, develop and distribute clear communication, manage approval processes, and ensure documentation.
- Associate Recognition & Engagement – Manage Terryberry service award vendor, promote recognition program adoption, support managers, facilitate Energage engagement survey setup and reporting, conduct weekly quiz reporting, audit and revamp associate setups.
- Record & Process Maintenance – Oversee Org Chart software, maintain HR documentation and procedures, maintain HR folders and email groups, respond to HR email queries, maintain onboarding modules, conduct onboarding sessions, manage offboarding checklist, provide exiting associates with pay and benefits info, liaise with IT offboarding, cover front desk & facilities, manage payroll backup including changes, tax setups, processing payroll for US/Canada/Mexico, manage payroll notes, and perform verifications of employment.
- Additional tasks – Perform all other tasks and ad‑hoc projects as directed.
- Strong customer focus with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Strong organizational, follow‑up, and analytical skills.
- Comprehensive research and project management abilities.
- High proficiency in problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (including internships).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS required.
- Position based in Wayne, PA Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday with standard hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional local travel, plus occasional air travel.
