Job Description

Title: QS Training Specialist

Location: Wayne, PA 19087

Duration: 3 months+

Responsibilities
  • This role will primarily support the development of procedural documents and the establishment of training.
  • Partner with functional area subject matter experts to implement on-the-job training (OJT), E-Learning (CBT), and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials for use in IT functions within specified timelines and according to procedures and standards.
  • Partner with functional area subject matter experts to process procedural documents through effective date setting for use in IT functions within specified timelines and according to procedures and standards.
Qualifications Experience & Knowledge (Essential)
  • Demonstrate high-level professional and business judgment when communicating with cross-functional teams and others at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient with Master Control and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and service-oriented.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Capable of working under challenging deadlines and accountable for completing tasks within specified time frames.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, energetic team player.
  • Adaptable to a diverse, dynamic, and team-oriented environment (Preferred).
Skills/Behaviors
  • 2+ years of experience in document management.
  • 2+ years of experience in a GMP role within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry (Preferred).
