Title: QS Training Specialist
Location: Wayne, PA 19087
Duration: 3 months+
Responsibilities- This role will primarily support the development of procedural documents and the establishment of training.
- Partner with functional area subject matter experts to implement on-the-job training (OJT), E-Learning (CBT), and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials for use in IT functions within specified timelines and according to procedures and standards.
- Partner with functional area subject matter experts to process procedural documents through effective date setting for use in IT functions within specified timelines and according to procedures and standards.
- Demonstrate high-level professional and business judgment when communicating with cross-functional teams and others at all organizational levels.
- Proficient with Master Control and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and service-oriented.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Capable of working under challenging deadlines and accountable for completing tasks within specified time frames.
- Self-motivated, assertive, energetic team player.
- Adaptable to a diverse, dynamic, and team-oriented environment (Preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in document management.
- 2+ years of experience in a GMP role within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry (Preferred).
