Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour + monthly incentive

The Loan Processor manages, and reviews manufactured housing real estate loan documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with company policies and regulations. The Loan Processor works closely with borrowers, dealers, underwriters, and the Tammac Inside and Outside Sales teams.
Duties And Responsibilities- Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System
- Prepare required disclosures.
- Gather and analysis all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter.
- Accurately calculate income and loan ratios to ensure it is within loan program guidelines.
- Submit and follow up on orders placed with third‑party service providers
- Maintain and manage loan files
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to underwriters, loan officers, sales team, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and our dealer and community partners, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement.
