Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a high-visibility finance team supporting strategic decision-making and executive reporting. This role offers strong exposure, ownership, and clear long-term growth opportunities. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Perform variance analysis and support monthly/quarterly close cycles
- Assist with board-level and executive reporting
- Analyze cash flow and balance sheet activity
- Manage recurring reporting while adapting quickly to urgent requests
- Operate independently in an evolving, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 3+ years of finance or accounting experience
- 2–3 years as a Financial Analyst strongly preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Exposure to PBCS, Smart View, and/or HFM a plus
