FP&A Analyst Senior

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Onsite 3 days per week and flexibility.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our growing team. In this direct hire position, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and profitability through insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Hybrid onsite is required.

• Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations, effectively communicating complex financial data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the budgeting and planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Leverage financial data and industry knowledge to recommend data-driven solutions and strategies.
• Maintain and enhance FP&A processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and analyze financial data using People Soft Financials and/or Hyperion Essbase.

• Experience in FP&A or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive solutions.
• Experience in the financial services industry or consulting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in People Soft Financials and/or Hyperion Essbase.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
