Overview
Brain Balance of Wayne, PA is hiring a part-time Sensory-Motor/Cognitive Coach. We provide individualized, drug-free brain health programs to help children and teens strengthen cognitive, sensory, and motor skills, empowering academic, social, and emotional growth. Our team collaborates with families to personalize, engage, and drive results.
Role Description- Guide children and teens through structured sensory-motor and cognitive activities
- Encourage and support students to build confidence, focus, and new skills
- Monitor, track, and document student progress, adapting activities as needed
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver fun, engaging, and effective sessions
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Sessions run from: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications- Experience working with children in coaching, educational, or therapeutic settings
- Experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and/or learning differences
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families
- Ability to monitor progress, document outcomes, and adapt exercises to individual needs
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Creative thinker who can keep sessions engaging and fun
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
