Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Wayne, PA, for a Visitor Services Supervisor. The Visitor Services Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to guest experiences, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Key responsibilities include training and supervising seasonal staff, managing admissions and visitor information, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and promoting a welcoming environment. The role requires close collaboration with other teams to maintain a seamless visitor experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to train and guide seasonal staff effectively.
  • Experience in customer service roles, including addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee daily operational tasks and ensure seamless visitor services.
  • Interest in public gardens, horticulture, or cultural institutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and collaborate with team members.
  • Flexibility to work during operating hours, including weekends, within a part-time schedule.
