Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Wayne, PA

Assignment Type: Contract (with potential for extension or hire)

Compensation: $22 – $23 / Hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility available with core hours)

On-Site or Hybrid: Fully on-site

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients navigate tax and insurance-related questions while working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email related to tax documentation, insurance policies, and account details
• Clearly explain forms, notices, statements, and billing related to tax and insurance matters
• Provide accurate guidance on procedures, compliance requirements, and general account questions
• Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring timely customer follow-up
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions within a CRM system
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience (financial services, tax, or insurance preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
• Professional, customer-first mindset with empathy and reliability
