As a Group Art Supervisor
, you will lead the visual creative work across two to three brands, ensuring outstanding craft, strategic alignment, and flawless execution. You’ll inspire and mentor art teams, partner closely with Copy and Account leadership, and build strong client trust through elevated thinking, presentation, and creative rigor.
- Lead day‑to‑day art direction and design across assigned brands
- Own the visual identity and craft standards for your accounts
- Build strong client confidence through concepting, strategic thinking, and polished presentations
- Supervise and mentor junior art directors and designers, ensuring creative growth and quality
- Partner with copy to develop integrated, idea‑driven campaigns
- Ensure work meets pharma compliance requirements and maintains annotation accuracy
- Collaborate with Project Management to assign projects, manage workflow, and meet deadlines
- Delegate effectively across teams while maximizing productivity and billability
- Play a key role in agency pitches, innovation initiatives, and internal brand‑building projects
- Support and shape creative briefs, offering strategic insight and visual inspiration
- Present and defend concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
- Stay current with healthcare marketing, design, and digital innovation trends—including emerging AI‑powered tools and workflows—to ensure creative solutions are modern, compliant, and strategically differentiated
- 5+ years of agency experience with a strong portfolio of concept‑driven, high‑craft design
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Pharmaceutical advertising experience required (rare disease experience a plus)
- Proven experience leading teams and overseeing multiple brand workflows
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Generative AI Tools
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $75,600.00 – $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
