• Respond to private dining and special event inquiries, gathering detailed client information.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
• Maintain organized records of event timelines, guest counts, menus, and logistics.
• Track deposits, payment schedules, and coordinate final billing.

• Create and distribute detailed event orders to culinary and service teams.
• Ensure all departments are informed of event specifications and updates.
• Assist with weekly event meetings and preparation of event summaries.

• Coordinate menus, beverage selections (including wine program), floor plans, and seating arrangements.
• Attend events to assist with setup, execution, breakdown, and client needs.
