DescriptionThis is a data entry and data scrubbing position. The selected candidate will work closely with our Marketing/Database Manager and investment banking staff to maintain, clean, and organize data across Salesforce and related systems.
The position begins as soon as possible and will continue until the project is complete. We anticipate the project will last 4-16 weeks. It is a temporary position. However, based on performance, JTW will consider employing the candidate on a full-time basis. Full time employment could be for a Data Entry position or a Business Development position in our investment banking group.
Responsibilities- Identifying and consolidating duplicate Accounts, Contacts, and Companies in Salesforce.
- Manually transferring information between records and removing redundant entries.
- Maintaining clean and accurate datasets across Salesforce and Excel.
- Preparing and formatting data for mass uploads related to active transactions.
- Ensuring the correct companies, contacts, and counter parties are associated with each deal.
- Executing repetitive data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Supporting general administrative data needs across the firm.
- Experienced data maintenance person, early-career professional, or recent college graduate is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel (sorting, formatting, entering data).
- Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful, but training can be provided.
- Comfortable following clear instructions and completing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- High level of motivation and individual initiative.
- Good sense of humor is a must.
This job is based out of our Wayne, PA office, which is a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. This is not a work from home or "hybrid" position. We do serious work and expect our employees to be in the office five days per week. This is an adult job so slackers, skaters, and coasters should not apply.
Compensation$15 to $25 per hour based on experience and performance.
