We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Berwyn, PA
. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will play a key part in financial reporting, daily accounting operations, and process improvement initiatives.

• Lead and support monthly and annual close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Complete account reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with internal reporting requirements
• Support audit processes and internal controls compliance

• Review and prepare bank transactions
• Review and prepare accounts payable transactions
• Review and prepare accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting workflows
• Work closely with a team of accounting professionals
• Contribute to shared goals and departmental objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• In-depth experience with accounting software systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
