** Sr. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
**** What this job involves:
** As a Sr. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will manage the complete process of both incoming and outgoing packages at JLL facilities. Your responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and documenting deliveries, packaging and preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with carriers, and keeping warehouse areas organized and clean. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
** Your day-to-day tasks will include:
*** Receive and unload shipments from trucks, inspecting packages for damage and verifying contents against purchase orders
* Update inventory records systematically and stock items in their proper locations within the warehouse
* Pack outgoing items securely using appropriate materials and create shipping labels with necessary documentation
* Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods and conduct regular inventory counts
* Keep receiving and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe according to established protocols
* Complete required paperwork for shipments including tracking, shipping, and delivery information
* Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate shipping and delivery schedules
** Physical Demands and Work Environment:
*** Ability to lift up to 35+ pounds regularly
* Extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity
* Work in warehouse environment with varying temperatures

* Required Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail for accurately verifying contents, updating records, and selecting correct items
* Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Strong communication skills for coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
* Technical proficiency with computers, office equipment, and warehouse management software
* Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (35+ pounds)

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
* Familiarity with inventory management systems
* Experience with various shipping carriers and their systems
