• Providing service on customer vehicles that exceeds customer expectations. Using genuine Subaru products.
• To Safely and Securely provide services on customer vehicles
• The Safety of our customers and their satisfaction is the most important
• while performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to operate objects ,tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to clime or balance, kneel, crouch or crawl. the employee will be required to walk sit talk or hear. the employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 to 100 pounds.
  
  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• Have technician experience, (prefer Subaru Tech and ASE Certified)
• Have reliable daily transportation to and from the job location
• Valid and clean NJ driver license
