Sales Associate – Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa | Wayne, NJ

You're the first face guests see, the voice that turns a first-time visitor into a lifelong member, and the reason our business grows. What We Offer:

• Starting pay of $17/hour — with a clear path to $19/hour for top performers
• Earn $19/hour when you sell 12+ memberships in a two-week period

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests and deliver a warm, professional spa experience from the moment they walk in
• Present and sell Hand & Stone memberships with confidence and enthusiasm
• Drive gift card sales, especially during peak seasons
• Handle scheduling, transactions, and front desk operations with accuracy
• Maintain a disciplined, organized work ethic and hold yourself to high standards
• Support the team in keeping the spa running smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred — retail, hospitality, or service industry
• A natural ability to connect with people and close with confidence
• Disciplined, punctual, and accountable — we run a professional operation
• Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to hit and exceed targets
• Comfortable discussing memberships, pricing, and value without hesitation
• Reliable, team-focused, and eager to grow
