• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping, product inquiries, and purchases to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
• Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks to keep the sales floor organized.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Support team members with supervising tasks when needed and contribute to a collaborative store environment.

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in retail settings.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that educate customers and promote sales.
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base effectively.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and merchandising principles.
• Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is preferred for familiarity with retail operations.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and transaction calculations.
• Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote communication with customers or vendors.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
