This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wayne, NJ for a Style Consultant. The Style Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories, providing expert fashion advice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and trends. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. The Style Consultant will collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

• Strong knowledge of product offerings and expertise in fashion consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience with a focus on providing personalized assistance
• Proficiency in sales techniques, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Passion for fashion and style, with an eye for detail and trends
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; additional training in fashion or retail is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
