Overview

Restaurant Manager – New Jersey Location. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurant in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills to create a positive and efficient work environment while driving operational excellence.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a consistently high level of food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards and foster a strong team culture
• Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and other controllables to achieve financial targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (local, state, and federal)
• Uphold brand standards and execute company policies and procedures with consistency
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with district or area leadership on local marketing efforts and community engagement

• 2+ years of experience in a management role within a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and operational best practices
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
